3. Orders & Delivery Terms

Online delivery services for Chianti Liquor are fulfilled through third-party platforms including DoorDash:

• Delivery availability, delivery boundaries, minimum order values, and estimated delivery times are managed by the respective delivery provider.
• The individual receiving the delivery must be at least 21 years old and present matching physical government-issued ID upon arrival.
• If a delivery cannot be completed due to missing ID, failure to meet age requirements, or unresponsiveness, the delivery provider's return and restocking policies will apply.

4. Pricing, Taxes & Product Availability

All prices listed on the website or marketing materials are expressed in USD and are subject to state sales tax and applicable liquor taxes.
